With the community's feedback, we are making some changes to the annual Woodway Roadrunner Festival and Woodway Wine Tour! The Wine Tour is now an entirely separate event, and the Festival's date will be moved. When more of our details for the Festivalhave been finalized we will let you know to mark your calendars with the new dates of the 5th Annual Woodway Roadrunner Festival!
The Woodway Roadrunner Festival provides a pinnacle of creativity for artists of
central Texas and the greater southwest.
Located deep in the Heart of Texas, patrons anticipate the arrival of award-winning southwest artists. With the beautiful natural setting, there is something for everyone. Visitors will have the opportunity to experience a variety activities, enjoy the sounds of local music talent, local art, and explore the local wildlife. Kickoff Woodway Wine Tour with live music Friday night, Veteran's breakfast, art exhibits, children's events, and live music. The event will wrap up with street dance with live music and an awesome fireworks display. Don't miss this opportunity to buy, enjoy or just be enveloped by all aspects on Central Texas Culture in the Spring 2018.
A percentage of the proceeds will be donated to the Texas Police Chief's Association Foundation and the Heart of Texas 100 Club. The Texas Police Chiefs Association Foundation provides funds to individuals through the Officer Death Benefit Program. If a Texas law enforcement officer is killed in the line of duty the Foundation, as soon as possible, delivers a check to the surviving spouse, children or parents, which ever is applicable.
The Heart of Texas 100 Club a citizen-based, non-profit organization that raises funds to help pay funeral expenses, relieve mortgage or other debt, and cover educational expenses for the family of first responders killed in the line of duty. The Club receives no government support, is non-political, and is entirely volunteer-driven.
